Shipping & Handling Information
We ship to all locations except the United States of America, Latin America and Canada by UPS®. We can not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. UPS® charges include prepaid insurance up to the limits specified by UPS®. If your package is sent by UPS® and is lost or damaged, you may contact UPS®. For your protection, all shipments require a signature at the delivery point. Hawking Technologies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any orders submitted for shipment to a freight forwarder or similar entity.
Delivery within Europe: 1 to 5 business days after shipment
Delivery outside Europe: 3 to 7 days after shipment
Please note that Hawking Netherlands B.V. is not liable and can not be held responsible for any delays or package damages that occur during or through delivery after the product/s ordered have left the Hawking Netherlands B.V. Warehouse.

Products that are currently in stock typically ship out the same day, if your order is received and your payment has been verified. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays.
If your shipping information differs from your bill to information, your order may be delayed for verification. Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or U.S. Territories.
Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping/delivery.
Returns Policy
All returns must comply with the return procedure set forth below, and all returned items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from the date of receipt, or if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging. A restocking fee may be applied equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective; or exchanged for the same or a similar item. The 15% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.
Returns Procedure.
First you must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To obtain and RMA number, please request a RMA form by sending an email to customerservice@hawkingeurope.com, then email the completed form back to customerservice@hawkingeurope.com or fax to 0031 10 245 1616. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
